Sonu Sood has filed a petition in the high court against the notices issued by the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

Justice Prithviraj Chavan, who heard the petition, made key remarks. The judge said “You were too late and missed your chance.

Now the ball has gone into the hands of the Municipal Corporation and the verdict has been issued indicating that you should contact them.”

Going into the details of the case, Sonu Sood owns a six-storied building in the Juhu area of ​​Mumbai. BMC sent him notices in October last year.

BMC argued in the High Court that Sonu Sood had illegally converted the residential complex into a hotel and made commercial profits.
