Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy spoke to reporters today in the wake of Sharmila’s party formation and meeting in Telangana. Sajjala said that, including Jagan, the YCP leaders also revealed that they had said they did not want a new party. He described the practical difficulties and political difficulties that would arise if a new party was formed.
Sajjala clarified that she came forward to form the party without listening to them. Sajjala said that CM Jagan was not interested in politics in Telangana at present.
“She will take care of all the pros and cons of setting up a party in Telangana. She made a decision of her own. Her thoughts were different. Sharmila hopes to implement those ideas. So, it has nothing to do with YCP,” Sajjala said.
