Telangana Government extended the lock down in the state till 29th of this month. Government gave relaxation to the shops that sell household essentials along with hospitals, medical shops, petrol bunks, banks, telecom, print, electronic media and IT services.
Lock down restrictions apply to the other sectors and Government is imposing a fine of Rs.1000 on people who fail to wear a mask on the streets. Telangana Government is giving high priority to human life rather than for the economy, considering the fact that the economy can be rebuilt but not the health of the state.
Covid-19 cases in Telangana are still raising at the same pace and the officials are taking all possible measures to reduce the number of cases. While India is controlling the Covid-19 in the first wave, European countries are preparing themselves for the crucial second wave. USA is still striving hard to reduce the Covid-19 cases and the nation is having tough time with respect to the economy.
