Inside Story: Reason why Nithya Menen replaced Sai Pallavi in AK remake..?

A while ago, multiple reports claimed Sai Pallavi will be pairing with Pawan Kalyan in the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake. But she opted out of the project in the last minute for undisclosed reason.

When we dug deep, we got to know the real reason why the makers of the Pawan Kalyan and Rana starrer replaced Sai Pallavi with Nithya Menen.

Apparently Sai Pallavi demanded a whopping remuneration of Rs 3 crores to star in the film. The makers felt the young actress is quoting way too much for a brief role and they then decided to replace her with Nithya Menen who agreed to charge much lesser.

Nithya will now be sharing the screen space with Pawan Kalyan in the much-anticipated remake. The shooting will be resumed only Covid second wave curve flattens and Pawan Kalyan who recently tested negative for Covid get backs to full fitness.
