Ravi Teja wants to change his director?

It is already known news that the director Sudheer Varma and Ravi Teja decided to team up for the Telugu remake of the Tamil action thriller, Vikram Vedha, which featured Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi and follows the story of Vikram, an encounter specialist, who is on the trail of Vedha, a gangster and a drug smuggler.

S Sashikanth, who produced Vikram Vedha under Y NOT Studios planned to bankroll Telugu version too. The film is expected to go on floors later this year soon after Ravi Teja wraps up his upcoming sci-fi thriller, Disco Raja.

But, with the average talk of Sudheer Varma’s Ranarangam, Ravi Teja is in dilemma to work with him or not.

An inside source revealed that Ravi Teja is not willing to team up with Sudheer Varma, as his recent outing bombed at the box office.

The source further revealed that Ravi Teja pinned a lot of hopes on Vikram Vedha remake and is quite interested to make it a blockbuster hit in Tollywood.

So, that’s why he doesn’t want to compromise on anything. So, now let us wait and see, whether Ravi Teja will give his nod to Sudheer Varma or he is planning to do the remake with another director.

On the other hand, Ravi Teja is busy shooting for his upcoming sci-fi thriller Disco Raja, which is being helmed by VI Anand.

The film is said to be a commercial entertainer and also stars Payal Rajput as the leading lady. The shooting of the film is currently underway in Hyderabad and is gearing up for a release by end of this year.
