Ravi Prakash to take over popular news channel?

Ravi Prakash, who was sacked as TV9 CEO yesterday, seems planning to make it big in the TV journalism in the coming days.

The close circles of Ravi Prakash, reveal that the senior journalist is reportedly planning to take over Telugu news channel ‘I-News’, which has been running in losses, for quite some time.

Nallari Kishore Kumar Reddy, brother of former Chief Minister of united AP, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy, is currently running the I-News channel. As Kishore is currently in TDP, Ravi is reportedly planning to acquire the channel and revamp it, using his relation with a few of the TDP bosses.

Ravi Prakash, who is identified for his entrepreneurial abilities, is expected to change the loss making I-News in to a profitable venture very soon, by bringing in good journalists, anchors and other technical staff.

Ravi already has Mojo TV in hands, but as the online channel lacks proper infrastructure and the reporters are sending through their mobile phones, he is planning to take over I-News channel.
