It is needless to say, Bangalore Central Crime Branch (CCB) officials have captured heroine Ragini Dwivedi in link with a drug trafficking case that erupted in Sandalwood. Ragini was arrested by the CCB after it came to a preliminary conclusion that she had links with the drug mafia. Along with her, another actress Sanjana and several drug peddlers are being detained and prosecuted.
Meanwhile Ragini Dwivedi, who is incarcerated in Parappana jail, appeared to have slipped and injured in the bathroom. Ragini’s lawyer has already filed a petition in the NDPS special court seeking permission for treatment in a private hospital. According to the petition, the back pain was severe due to the skid and on top of that she claimed there was no good treatment facility in the jail hospital.
On the other hand, it seems that the petition seeks an opportunity to meet family members as well.
The advocate also appealed the court to allow the accused to meet her family. In the plea, she urged police to return to her family members, a tablet computer and a pendrive which were seized when her residence was scrutinised.
