The stage is set for the final of the richest cricket tournament in the world. Debutant team Gujarat Titans will take on Rajasthan Royals in the final match of the Indian Premier League today at the massive Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
As per the update, the final match of the tournament will see Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending it along with Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
As per reports, security preparations have been severely upped with two top Ministers of the country attending the finals. As many as 6000 police personnel have been deployed in the city of Ahmedabad to provide proper security. Apart from the ministers, many Bollywood stars are also scheduled to be present for the finals.
Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals previously met in the Qualifiers 1, where GT easily defeated RR to seal their place in the finals. On the other hand, RR beat Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL Qualifiers 2.
