A few days ago, Superstar Mahesh Babu said that Bollywood couldn’t afford him, and while many Bollywood filmmakers took offence to these comments, Tollywood filmmakers have remained silent on the matter. Now, TV actress Jayashree Venketaraman spoke about the comments and supported Mahesh’s stance and comments on the issue.
She said that she didn’t think Mahesh’s comments to be arrogant, as Mahesh was talking in terms of the following, adoration and success he has achieved in Tollywood, which obviously wouldn’t warrant him to go to any other industry. She also spoke about Superstar Rajinikanth and said that in the same terms, even Hollywood can’t afford him because such is the craze he has among the audience.
Jayashree is best known for her role in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, and has also been seen in shows like Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga and Zindagi Katthi Meethi.
