The High Court had given orders removing Sanchaita Gajapathiraju as the CHairman of the MANSAS trust and reinstated Ashok Gajapathiraju as the chairman of the trust, a few weeks ago. Everyone thought that there would be resistance from Sanchaitha on this issue, but surprisingly, Urmila Gajapathiraju has now come into the picture, and filed a petition in the High Court, challenging the appointment of Ashok as the Chairman of the MANSAS trust.
Sanchaitha requested the High Court to consider her to be the heir of the MANSAS trust and said that her family never knew about Sanchaitha until she became the Chairperson of MANSAS. Urmila is the daughter of Anand Gajapathiraju’s second wife, while Sanchaitha is the daughter of his first wife, who later remarried another person, and has kids with him.
Urmila also said that it was unfortunate that her family wasn’t represented at the fort, during the Sirimanu festival, and said that she’s ready to challenge Sanchaitha’s claim if need be. On the whole, it is clear that Urmila is not ready to accept Ashik’s claim to be the chairman of the MANSAS trust either, and the hearing on this issue will take place on Tuesday.
