Kodali Nani, a Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is notorious for the way he talks, and the decisions he makes. On a very similar note, the YSRCP minister has announced on Thursday at a press conference that Eenadu and Andhra Jyothy newspapers; and ETV, ABN and TV5 news channels have been banned, and that no YSRCP leader would interact with those channels hereon.
Nani said that no one from the YSRCP should read these newspapers or watch those TV channels, and cited the supposedly false propaganda that these media outlets are carrying on against the YSRCP as the reason for banning them. Nowhere in his statements did Nani mention Jagan’s name, or that he announced the ban on Jagan’s behest.
This has now greatly irked the members of the YSRCP, who are said to be raging at Nani’s announcement and are even reportedly asking how Nani could take such a decision on his own. They are said to be questioning how Nani could make his own decisions when he’s not the founder or the chief of the party. It is now to be seen what Jagan and/or Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy’s reactions to this will be.
