Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has said that he would visit Polavaram and review the project.
For the past few days, Election Commission is strictly going against Naidu, asking him not to review any governmental programmes or perform any major activities. But Naidu has been fighting against EC for it, opining that nothing can stop him from acting as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
When EC asked Naidu to take the prior permission before reviewing any government projects, the CM was against it, saying that the reviewing of projects does not come under the violation of code.
Speaking to the media, in a pressmeet arranged in Amaravathi, Naidu said that he would visit Polavaram and review the project, with least concern towards the election code.
