Jagan Mohan Reddy after taking charge as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh severely went against TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu and is leaving no stone unturned for it. After demolishing Praja Vedika in Undavalli, he also issued notices to Naidu, to demolish his residence, showing illegal construction as the reason.
But it seems, the CM has finally got a setback in his demolition drive. Along with Naidu, 27 others received notices saying that all such buildings are going to be demolished for constructing their houses on the banks of the Krishna river.
13 among such owners of buildings, who received notices from CRDA, have stated that their buildings have all the statutory permissions and cannot be called as illegal. The CRDA officials are taken back by their claims of having all the permissions.

The buildings have all the required permissions from the Panchayat and even No Objection Certificate from River Conservation Department. So all such buildings are now being considered as illegal.
This is now being considered as a huge embarrassment for Jagan, who tried to target Naidu. TDP activists are now celebrating the occasion and meanwhile the AP government is facing huge criticism for demolishing Praja Vedika, as it is now being considered as legal.
