MLAs and Ministers of AP run to Hyderabad with Covid, How AP people can trust govt?

The expected is being happened as the Andhra Pradesh’s ruling party leaders who are infected with COVID-19 are making a run for their lives to Hyderabad leaving all AP people in dismay. Let alone Government hospitals, they didn’t even trust the world-class hospitals that are present in the going-to-be administrative capital – Vishakapatnam.

After Vijay Sai Reddy was reportedly admitted in a multi-specialty hospital in Hyderabad amid COVID scare, most recently AP Chief Minster Balineni Srinivas Reddy was tested positive and was admitted in Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. Another MLA Karanam Balaram from Chirala also joined Star Hospitals, Hyderabad for COVID treatment. Though Balaram belongs to TDP, he has been one of the 3 rebel MLAs who have bee supporting Jagan for the past few months.

The interesting part here is, Apollo Hospitals have their branches in Vijayawada, Vizag and Kurnool as well (the three capitals proposed by Ys Jagan) and none of the ruling party MLAs and YSRCP adherents are wishing to get COVID treatment in AP. This tells us the sad state of the Public health department in Andhra Pradesh.

In Telangana, the leaders who have 80 years of age and above, were recovered from corona infection. But 59-year-old Manikyalarao fell victim to corona and was very confident about his recovery joined the government Covid Center. Within a week, his condition became worse and he had to change to Vijayawada Government hospital but all his efforts went in vain.

If this has been the situation in the Andhra Pradesh state, how people can believe the health care system which has been very manipulative and good on papers but a whole different thing in real? YCP leaders themselves are killing the faith of the people towards government and it is the high time where Jagan’s government needs to step up by showing ultimate courage and progress in dealing with this situation to release the AP people from fear.
