Reportedly, today Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was discharged from a Bhopal hospital after recuperating from COVID-19. Shivraj Singh has been in Chirayu medical College and Hospital in Bhopal for 11 days since July 25th when he was tested positive for novel Corona virus.
Doctors have recommended the minister to be under home quarantine and keep a tab of his health for atleast seven days after his recovery. Yesterday, a spokesperson from Chirayu hospital said CM’s RT-PCR test for SARS-Cov-2 on 9th day was diagnosed positive. However, the medical parameters like pulse rate, BP etc were normal.
On 3rd, minister Narottam Mishra addressed on the health condition of the CM saying that he would continue the stay. He said that the state cabinet meeting scheduled on 4th would be held virtually at the moment.
Shivraj Singh who generally keeps public posted about the current affairs had tweeted on Sunday in Hindi that he has recovered completely and have no signs or symptoms of covid-19. He said he would be discharged soon once the swab collected during the day tests negative.
