Vijay Deverakonda’s widely promoted film ‘Liger’, directed by Puri Jagannadh, has finally got an OTT release date. The sports drama film, which failed to impress the audience on the big screens, is all set to make its digital debut on Disney+ Hotstar on September 22, 2022. The movie will have its OTT Premiere in four South Indian languages, while the Hindi version will be released later.
The makers had high hopes pinned on Liger, but the result was a nightmare. They expected that the flick would collect Rs 200 at the box office, but it failed in a big way to attract the audience to theatres.
Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, the film is produced by Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. It also featured Ananya Panday, Ramya Krishna, and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles.
