It is known that Naga Chaitanya Akkineni has teamed up with Tamil director Venkat Prabhu for his upcoming film, which is tentatively titled #NC22.
Produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner, the movie began its shooting today in Hyderabad.
After many speculations regarding the leading lady role, the makers of #NC22 locked Uppena fame Krithi Shetty to romance Chaitanya. The movie team today officially announced that the young diva came on board for the project. The duo had earlier paired up in Bangarraju, and their on-screen chemistry worked well in theatres. #NC22 is Chaitanya’s first Telugu-Tamil bilingual movie.
Apart from this film, Krithi Shetty is also playing the female lead in Ram Pothineni’s The Warriorr. She also has ‘Macherla Niyojakavargam’ with Nithiin and Sudheer Babu starrer ‘Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali’. On the other side, Naga Chaitanya is awaiting the release of Thank You. He is also busy with the shoot of his debut series Dootha.
