Kaun Acha Kaun Lucha: Ram’s Realistic theme song in rock style takes the film up a notch

On Saturday, Ram Pothineni uncovered the song video promo of ‘Kaun Acha Kaun Lucha’ from RED, propagated as the theme melody of the film. The full song of the peppy number composed by Mani Sharma and rendered by Anurag Kulkarni has been released at 11 a.m today and is now out on Lahiri music on YouTube.

Featuring Nivetha Pethuraj, Malvika Sharma and Amritha Aiyer as the lead actress, this Telugu remake of Kollywood blockbuster ‘Thadam’ is helmed by Kishore Tirumala and bankrolled by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore.

Mani Sharma-Ram’s Ismart Shankar has already been a massive hit among the Telugu audience and the upcoming film Red is already raising expectations.

On contrary to what all anticipated, this song took up a notch of the theme in a rather rock genre unlike the mass style. The 4 minute song’s prelude begins with a rocking guitar backing layered by casual singing style by Anurag Kulkarni. It at once amps up the feel of the song giving the adrenaline rush with the impressive hook ‘Kuan hai Achha Kaun hai Luchha’.

This song surely captures the theme with raw and realistic lyrics penned by Kalyan Chakravarthy. It depicts about the unfair practices by crooked people and how Ram as a common man has got to confront it.
