Bollywood actress Jahnavi Kapoor’s film ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ is set to release on Netflix. Presently all theaters are shut due to the lockdown and as all are aware the shooting also came to a standstill in the Bollywood industry. In such a situation, the makers have decided that they will release this film on OTT platform. After Gulabo Sitabo, the movie that will be released online is Gunjan Saxena-The Kargil Girl, where her on-screen role is based on a woman pilot’s life journey.
She took to her Instagram to share the new poster of the film and furthermore reported it would be hitting soon on Netflix. The first look is appealing and Jahnavi is seen in a dynamic attire in a pilot role. When she shared the look, many celebs commented among which, Maheep Kapoor dropped hearts and applauding emoticons and stated that he can hardly wait for it, with a grinning emoticon. Manish Malhotra’s replied with five hearts and a thumbs up indicating his love and support.
The film is helmed by Sharan Sharma that features Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Viineet Kumar, and Manav Vij in key roles. The film was initially slated to release in the theatres on April 24th but will now stream on Netflix soon. Apart from this flick, Jahnavi has a lot of other exciting films like ‘Takt’ sad ‘Dostana 2’ up her sleeve, which will be an eye candy for her admirers. The producer of the film, Karan Johar too shared about the film by posting a video of the inspiring lady ‘Gunjan Saxena’s life journey on his Twitter account.
