Generally, a money bill comprises permission to spend the amount for state development. If the money bill hasn’t passed out in 14 days from the day of its proposal, it will automatically come into act. Jagan wants to use this ploy. Meanwhile, Jagan is taking certain precautionary measures as the money bill includes the decentralization of AP Capital and demolition of the CRDA act.
If observed legally, he will face as many legal problems, to sum up, his misery. Hence, Jagan doesn’t want to mention the capital shift in the bill.
