Many leaders YSRCP are disappointed with their incharges in respective districts and zones. In the past, the party activists, Jagan followers, and local leaders worked genuinely and quite rigorously to make sure the YSRCP comes into power but they have become the most neglected persons in their areas.
It was all due to the incharge ministers and some powerful MLAs. For any party, the cadre is the root and pillar for the success and the development of the party. But, the YCP leaders on the ground level, YSRCP local MLAs, and their party supporters and activists are regularly complaining about the incharge ministries who didn’t even care about their existence.
Initially, the incharge ministers were neglected by the senior leaders in the party after Jagan tactically made some young leaders as incharges to the senior leaders. During the nominations of the local body polls, the incharge ministers went aggressive and gave tickets to the persons who are very favorable to them all these days instead of the senior party leaders who are with the party right from the beginning.
Now, Jagan feels that this aggressive nature of the minsters has become more destructive these days as many complaints have been evolving constantly from all parts of the state. The AP CM is very angry with those Incharge Ministers who care the least about the cadre and the senior leaders. So, what could be Jagan’s plan to bring the situation under control?
