It’s better not to follow Vijay Devarakonda

Vijay Devarakonda is the one hero, who could break all the rules of a typical behavior of a new comer and still managed to be successful. The confidence he showcased at Arjun Reddy pre-release event was a much talked-about issue in Tollywood then.

If at all, the movie’s result was opposite of what he expected, he would have remained as a laughing stock in the social media. But to his good fortune, Arjun Reddy emerged as a massive blockbuster and made him an overnight super star.

This made several heroes in Tollywood, follow his formula. For instance, Puri Jagannadh’s son Aakash Puri sounded similar to Vijay in Mehbooba audio release function. Shockingly, the movie couldn’t reach the expectations and Akash is not much heard again.

In the similar manner, even Vishwak Sen came up with Falaknuma Das movie. He literally followed Arjun Reddy strategy at every step and released some bold dialogues through the teaser. Fortunately, the teaser reached the youth and there was curiosity for the film all over.

Adding to it, in Falaknuma Das pre-release event, Vishwak Sen has trolled Vijay Devarakonda indirectly and showcased his aggressive attitude. But all such stunts couldn’t help his film’s result. All the reviews have declared Falaknuma Das, a dud at the box office. But Vishwak is still trying to convince people, that the film is a winner, by showcasing unnecessary arrogance.

So a typical formula that worked in favor of Vijay Devarakonda and made him a super star, is not able to work for any other hero. So it would be better, if the other heroes, come up with a different identity, unlike walking in the footsteps of the Arjun Reddy star.
