Pressure is raising day by day on YS Jagan. On one side, the internal problems in the state from TDP and on the other side, the CBI court rejecting all the petitions of YS Jagan. Previously, YS Jagan requested CBI court to give him exemption in visiting the court in person as he is now the CM of AP. CBI court rejected that petition and YS Jagan appeared in the court recently.
Later on, YS Jagan raised another petition requesting CBI court to do investigation on all the five charge sheets at the same time. CBI court didn’t accept this request too. Adding to this, CBI court ruled out YS Jagan’s petition of stopping ED investigation till completion of CBI investigation.
With CBI and ED on the two sides, investigation of YS Jagan’s cases is on full swing and we have to see how the CM of AP tackles both CBI and ED at the same time.
