In-Talk: 45000 smart TVs for schools in Andhra Pradesh

As a part of the digitization effort of the education system in Andhra Pradesh, YSRC Government decided to install 45000 smart TVs in the schools. In the first phase, around 10000 TVs will be installed in the schools in AP. Around 50 Crores has been allocated for the first phase.

With in the next academic year, AP Government is planning to finish all the 45000 TVs installation. Officials mentioned that this step may make Government schools compete further with the private schools.

As the fees of the private schools are touching the stars, parents are looking for alternative solutions to give the best and affordable education to their kids. In this scenario, this sort of schemes might make parents send their children to Government schools. YSRC is making sure that the facilities at the Government school are in par with the private organizations. Lets hope that the kids make the best use of these upgrades in their schools.
