Andhra Pradesh’s election process hit a new phase after the completion of the nomination filing process last evening. Now that the nomination process is done, here is a look at the statistics related to the Pithapuram assembly constituency which has Pawan Kalyan in the contest.
Pithapuram will have a total of 19 aspirants in the contest, including Pawan Kalyan. So, Pawan will have 18 direct competitors in the electoral battle from Pithapuram with the most significant counterpart being Vanga Geetha of YCP.
But these nominations will be further scrutinized by the Election Commission and a fair few of them shall be turned down over improper entries.
But as of now, Pawan Kalyan’s Pithapuram has a total of 19 nominations and we have to see how many of them will stay till the end to compete against Pawan.
