High Court jolts Ravi Prakash

Ex CEO of TV9 Ravi Prakash who was absconding for quite some time, has approached the High Court recently and filed a Lunch Motion petition against cyber crime police.

Ravi Prakash has been facing forgery charges, for which the police called upon the senior journalist for the questioning. In this regard, the police issued two notices to him, the second one is going to end today, but he still failed to turn up for questioning.

Adding to it, Ravi now approached high court and filed a petition against cyber crime police, complaining that that they have filed several cases against him, which are against the constitution. He pleaded the court to consider the petition for immediate hearing. But the court cancelled it, saying that there is no such requirement to take up the petition immediately.

Meanwhile the police are in vigorous search of Ravi Prakash as no one is aware of his whereabouts. A few opine that he is in Andhra Pradesh and a few others say that he is hiding in Mumbai.
