Harish Shankar clears the air on Salman Khan’s cameo

Tollywood director Harish Shankar’s meeting with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan had paved the way for speculations that the B-Town star would be playing a cameo role in the director’s next with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan.

Meanwhile, an entertainment website had reported that Salman Khan is playing a key role in Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh. As the news went viral in film circles, the Gabbar Singh director took to Twitter to rubbish the claims.

Denying all such reports, Harish Shankar wrote, “Not true Sir … am all the time available pls have a word with me before u post something !!”

Produced by the prestigious production house Mythri Movie Makers, the Pawan Kalyan starrer has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead. Music for the film has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan will be playing a crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming political thriller, Godfather.
