Former minister Etela Rajender today resigned as an MLA. After paying tribute to the martyrs’ monument at Gunpark, he went to the Speaker’s office in the Assembly and handed over his resignation letter in speaker format to the Assembly Secretary.
He later told the media that he had done many struggles for Telangana. He said that the elections to be held in Huzurabad will be Kurukshetra. He alleged that KCR has hundreds of crores of rupees and is looking to abuse power and win the by-elections. Etela said he will win in Huzurabad and stand up for self-respect.
On the 14th of this month, Etela Rajender will leave for Delhi along with the BJP leaders of the state. Later that evening, the expelled TRS leader will join the party in the presence of top BJP leaders Amit Shah, JP Nadda among others.
