In a significant development in Minister Eatala Rajender’s land grabbing allegations, the 57-year-old Rajender has been stripped off as the health minister of Telangana.
On the advice of CM KCR, the Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai Soundararajan has approved the transfer of the Medical, Health & Family Welfare portfolio from Eatala to the CM KCR with immediate effect.
Earlier on Saturday, the Chief Minister ordered the Revenue probe into the allegations made against Eatala on Friday night. The probe started at 8 am on Saturday.
