As the pandemic situation kept waxing and waning, it pushed everyone in an unpredictable state. The economic fall out in various sectors became a critical issue at this moment. Among them, film and music industry is the worst hit.
Although few filmmakers embraced the new normal and became productive with digital releases, few others are still not in a state of acceptance as they find theatrical release to be more entertaining.
Among them is director Mohana krishna Indraganti, who directed film ‘V’. Rumour mills are now abuzz that the director is unhappy and dejected about his directorial releasing on OTT platform.
Amazon has already officially announced the action thriller’s release officially on 5th September. Nevertheless, Indraganti believes that the flick is a high intense drama with incredible electrifying perfomances that need to be watched in theatres.
Earlier Dil Raju too was reluctant for OTT release but reportedly he secured 50% rights to re-release in theatres worldwide and collaborated with coproducers Shirish and Harshith reddy to make it a safe bet.
The much hyped film’s rip-roaring trailer unveiled today, where natural star Nani’s appearance looked snazzy with grey shades while Sudheer Babu appeared like a macho in the cop role. The film has Aditi Rao Hydari and Nivetha Thomas in female lead characters.
