By now everyone knows that director Lingusamy has teamed up with Energetic Star Ram Pothineni for the actor’s upcoming movie #RAPO19. Touted to be a commercial entertainer, Srinivasa Chitturi under the Silver Screen banner is bankrolling this project.
The latest update is Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to compose the music for the film. The makers today officially welcomed the rockstar onboard for #Rapo19. Notably, this is the seventh collaboration between the actor and the music composer while the first with Lingusamy.
As per reports, the film has a social message and is influenced by real-life events. The makers are planning to release the film early next year. Kriti Shetty, who made an impressive debut with Uppena, has been roped in as the female lead.
On the work front, Ram was last seen in Red, which was the official remake of the 2019 Tamil film Thadam, while Lingusamy’s last film was 2018’s Sandakozhi 2.
