Social distancing and strictly minimal human contact are said to be the most effective methods of combating Covid-19. But these advisories can’t be entirely applicable to the film industry. Given the requirements of the scene, the actors might have to share a close physical relationship on screen and there are no two ways about it.
However, Regina Cassandra made it clear that she is not okay with lip locks, hugs and kisses regardless of the film that she is acting in.
In her recent interview, Regina said she will strictly follow a no-intimacy policy in her future projects, given the current scenario pertaining to the spread of novel coronavirus, Covid-19.
Regina seems to have decided to avoid lip locks, and hugs with her co-stars in films as any such actions might lead to a possible transmission of Covid-19. The talented actress added she will reconsider her decision once the pandemic passes away.
We can expect a similar approach from many other actors in Telugu cinema industry.
On the career front, Regina was last seen in Adivi Sesh’s ‘Evaru’. Her next film is ‘Chakra’ which has Vishal in the lead role.
