Covid-19 is spreading its wings in USA. As per the reports from John Hopkins University, 3124 deaths were recorded on single day in this week in USA. During the first wave, the peak death rate was 2603 on April 15. This shows the intensity of the Corona Virus in USA. Lockdown has been implemented in several states as the cases spiked after the Thanksgiving.
Few Covid-19 analysts assumed that the Thanksgiving shopping season which had people gathering at the shopping malls and other places, raised the Covid transmission rate. After couple of weeks, the result of it is being seen in the raising numbers. Due to the lockdowns, the vacation plans for the Christmas for several Americans was disturbed. As cases are raising in Europe, the number of people travelling between US and Europe got drastically reduced.
Meanwhile, the suicide tendency among youngsters is said to have raised to 14% due to the Covid-19 isolation. Stress and depression too were said to have taken a positive slope.
