It was already reported that Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently filed defamation cases against some Youtube channels and individuals for spreading rumours about her personal life.
Samantha’s counsel asked the Hyderabad court to hold a speedy hearing on the petition. Appealed for action against those who demean celebrities. However, the actress has received bitter comments from the court.
Responding to Samantha’s request, the judge said that everyone is equal before the court. “There is no sense of some being high and others being low. We will hear your case as per the procedure,” he said.
It is heard that the Court had also said rather than filing defamation cases, Samantha could simply seek an apology from the owners of the concerned YouTube channels, individuals and media outlets.
The actress had filed lawsuits against Suman TV, Telugu Popular TV and advocate Dr CL Venkatrao for spreading false news against her.
