Megastar Chiranjeevi has already green signalled two remakes namely Vedhalam and Lucifer. Both these projects are set to hit the floors this year.
Interestingly enough, Chiru has lined up another interesting remake and we have an exclusive update on the same.
Apparently, Chiranjeevi wants to remake Ajith’s Yennai Arindhaal in Telugu and has already initiated back-end works for the same.
Chiranjeevi is in search of the right director who can handle an emotionally gripping subject like Yennai Arindhaal. He will be taking the final call in this regard very soon and the project will be officially announced accordingly.
Konidela Productions had acquired the remakea rights of Yennai Arindhaal long back. The remake will materialize as soon as Chiru finalizes the director.
Yennai Arindhaal had Gautham Vasudev Menon at the helm. Ajith, Anushka, and Trisha played lead roles. It was dubbed in Telugu as Yenthavaadu Gaani but did not receive much recognition.
Chiranjeevi’s Lucifer remake will start rolling this month and he will commence shooting for Vedhalam remake in the latter half of the year.
