Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the Intintiki Telugu Desam program in Hyderabad today.
Speaking at the event, Naidu made a very interesting comment.
“Telangana farmers are able to grow rice now, thanks to TDP. Before TDP came to power, people here used to grow corn, and other crops. Only after I became the CM did I revolutionise th agriculture sector” Naidu said.
Naidu went on to say that Telugu Desam Party will forever be in the hearts of Telangana public and there is no doubt about it.
Naidu seemed confident about TDP having an impact in the forthcoming elections in Telangana. But his comment on Telangana being able to grow rice only due to TDP has led to a debate on social media.
