YSRCP Rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has filed a bail cancellation petition in the CBI Court, against Vijayasai Reddy, with regards to the illegal assets case that is filed on him. Vijayasai is the A2 in these cases, while AP CM Jagan is the A1. The CBI court asked the CBI to file a counter-petition, and the CBI, like in Jagan’s case, filed a simple memo.
In its memo, the CBI mentioned that it is up to the CBI court what action it wants to take in Vijaysai’s bail petition case, and said that it wouldn’t have a problem with whatever the verdict was. This was the same thing that was done in Jagan’s case. While it can be understood why the CBI did so in the case of Jagan, no one is understanding why the CBI is opting for the same route in the case of Vijaysai Reddy. It is now to be seen what will happen now.
