Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra is finally gearing up for a theatrical release. The much-awaited big ticket magnum opus will hit the screens on 9 September 2022 in 5 Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
The makers today unveiled the motion poster of the film, which features Ranbir Kapoor as new-age Shiva. In the video, we can see Ranbir standing atop a hill and holding a trishul with a majestic Shiva image in the background. We can also see jaw-dropping visuals of fire and glory.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures, the magnum opus has been in the making for four years now.
Brahmastra is a 3-part film franchise and the beginning of India’s first original universe – the Astraverse. The film also stars Alia Bhatt along with Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in key roles.
