Bollywood joins SSR’s family demanding CBI probe

On Thursday, Shweta Singh Kirti demanded about getting the CBI probe in the mysterious death case of her brother Sushant Singh Rajput. Actors like Ankita Lokhande, Kriti Sanon, Kangana Ranaut, Varun Dhawan, Parineeti Chopra, among others very soon responded to the appeal and stood in support to her and actor’s family demanding CBI investigation.

As the CBI’s investigation was prohibited by Mumbai police, an uproar was created among public. In this view, Shweta Singh shared on social media, a small video clip with a caption, “It’s time we find the truth and get justice. Please help our family and the whole world to know what the truth is and find closure, otherwise we will never be able to live a peaceful life!!#CBIForSSR Raise your voice and demand #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput #WarriorsForSSR @sushantsinghrajput Kriti Sanon, who was a coactor in Sushant Singh Rajput’s film ‘Raabta’, shared on her Instagram story, “I pray that the Truth comes out SOON.. His family, his friends, fans and all loved ones deserve this closure”. She added that the case be investigated without any political agenda.

Sooraj Pancholi put up his Instagram story, “I really pray and hope that Sushant’s family get the closure they need! They really deserve a proper CBI investigation, it has been a long battle for them already! They need to know what actually happened, and the World needs to know too! #CBIforSSR”

Daisy Shah took to Instagram and shared that it’s almost two months since Sushant’s death but no justice has been provided and demanded CBI probe in the actor’s case. Likewise actors viz Kangana Ranaut, Varun Dhawan, Mukesh Khanna, Parineeti Chopra, Sanjana Sanghi showed their stance for the campaign #CBIforSSR.
