Inside Buzz: Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi playing the waiting game

Both Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna are close to wrapping up their immediate next outings, Acharya, and Akhanda respectively. The makers of both these biggies are contemplating the optimal release dates.

While Akhanda has set its sights on Dasara season, Acharya is keeping its options open. The makers of the Chiranjeevi starrer are eyeing both Dasara and Diwali release slots for the film.

In case the cinema ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh doesn’t get sorted out by this Dasara, both Akhanda and Acharya will be pushed to 2022.

Given the strong competition at the box office this Sankranthi, owing to the clash between Bheemla Nayak, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, and Radhe Shyam, we can expect Acharya, and Akhanda to be pushed to February 2022.

As things stand, Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna are playing the waiting game. There is no official update so as to the release dates of both these films.
