The biopic of late chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalithaa titled Thalaivi is presently in production stage. The makers have been frequently releasing updates on the film and keeping it in the news.
Today, a new poster of Thalaivi was unveiled and it packs a punch.
This poster features senior actor Arvind swamy, who plays legendary Tamil politician and actor, MG Ramachandran(MGR) in the film.
It needs to be said that Arvind Swami has nailed MGR’s look as he looks very similar to the legendary personality. These black-and-white snaps are now going viral on social media.
Arvind’s body language, facial expressions, and the aura are bang on point. The prosthetics and make-up department has done an excellent job in getting the look right.

Thalaivi is being bankrolled by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and AL Vijay is at the helm. Kangana Ranaut will be seen as Jayalalithaa in the film.
