AP High court has issued orders regarding the transfer of Chief Justice JK Maheshwari.
The Central Judiciary has issued a notification regarding this. He was transferred as the Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court. In the notification, he was asked to take charge.
Sikkim High Court Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami will be the new CJ of the AP High Court.
He graduated in law from the Government Law College, Guwahati in 1985. A notification regarding his transfer is likely to be issued soon.
Justice JK Maheshwari took over as the Chief Justice of the AP High Court last year. He was earlier a judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
