It is known that the Telugu Desam Party has made the retention of the Amaravati as AP capital as a mission and in that order, they have been outrageous right from the word go from their supremo Chandra Babu Naidu
In the meanwhile, even the AP High Court has been so aggressive on Jagan’s government on this issue and of course, unlike TDP, they are reasonable and logical with their approach towards the AP government.
Now, the thing is the TDP cadre is unnecessarily poking into the judiciary matters. A couple of days ago, the news about the transfer of Hon Chief Justice JK Maheshwari has come to the light ad then immediately, Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju, the sidekick of TDP wrote a letter requesting to stop the transfer of the Justice until the judgements come out on the three capital issue and CRDA.
Later the farmers protesting for Amaravati also wrote a letter in the same context to the President of India. Even though the TDP knows that these letters carry no weight in this issue, TDP is maligning the image of Judiciary and President of India.
So, why this has been done? It is for the daily media coverage and they also wish to indoctrinate the minds of the people with an opinion that the Judiciary is intentionally doing something against Amaravati by transferring the above mentioned Chief Justice on which Jagan already made accusations of taking the partial stand.
