YCP MP Raghuram Krishnaraja was recently arrested by AP CID officials in Hyderabad. Against this background, Raghurama filed a bail petition in the AP High Court. He filed a House Motion Petition seeking bail in the AP High court. Senior advocate Adinarayana Rao appeared in the High court on behalf of Raghurama Krishnamaraju.
Raghurama’s lawyer said that Raghurama was arrested by AP CID officials without even conducting a preliminary inquiry. Raghurama Raju also argued that there were no reasonable grounds for his arrest and he alleged that the FIR was registered against him without giving any reasons.
The High Court refused to grant bail after hearing the arguments. The AP High court suggested approaching the Sessions court for bail and dismissed the bail petition filed by Raghurama.
