America taking a huge risk with the COVID Vaccine..?

The COVID pandemic shook the United States of America big time as 3 lakh people have already been deceased with this dreadful virus. Of course, along with America, billions of people all over the world are hopeful of vaccines in these conditions where the U.S takes a desperate step to save its citizens from the pandemic.

It is at this point that Pfizer Biotech companies have already begun the vaccination process, the US government gave an emergency approval to the modern vaccine to control the novel coronavirus. It is known that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently approved the Pfizer vaccine.

The FDA has given the green signal to the latest moderna-designed mRNA-1273 vaccine. In a voting process conducted by the Vaccine Advisory Committee, 20 people voted in favor of the use of the modern vaccine. FDA Commissioner Stephen Han approved the modern vaccine on Thursday.

However, the vaccine will be delivered nationwide from Monday. The same committee last week approved the Pfizer Biotech vaccine, which has been approved for emergency use. So, the thing is a very few people have been identified with some unusual side effects after the administration of the Pfizer vaccine.

So, the U.S FDA approving Moderna as an emergency measure may misfire as an act that intends to increase the production of vaccine and its availability in the market. However, the Moderna vaccine will only be given to adults.

Most importantly, Moderna has not yet released research data on trials conducted on teenagers. Pregnant, nursing women should not be given the modern vaccine and it is prohibited even for those with HIV-like symptoms.
