The Akkineni family has been going through a challenging phase in their professional careers, marked by major setbacks in their recent films, such as “Custody,” “Agent,” and “The Ghost.” All three Akkineni heroes, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, and Akhil, have faced significant failures at the box office.
In response to these setbacks, Naga Chaitanya and Nagarjuna are gearing up for their next projects. Naga Chaitanya is set to star in a pan-India film directed by Chandoo Mondeti, backed by Geetha Arts, with the talented actress Sai Pallavi as the lead.
Nagarjuna is also making a comeback with a mass-oriented film titled “Naa Saami Ranga,” generating excitement with its recent glimpse. The film is targeting a Sankranthi release and has roped in actors like Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun.
On the other hand, Akhil is taking his time to carefully plan his next project, as he hasn’t finalized a script yet. His previously planned high-budget action entertainer with UV Creations has been put on hold due to the disappointing result of “Agent.” Budget adjustments are being considered for the project’s future.
