Akhila helpless as even Naidu gives up on her

TDP member and former tourism minister of Andhra Pradesh, Bhuma Akhil Priya was recently arrested by the Hyderabad police, in relation to the kidnapping of three people, over land disputes.

This dispute was over a land in Hafeezpet, and Akhila was responsible for the kidnapping of three members belonging to KCR’s family.

Akhila’s family is said to have approached TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and requested him to bail her out. However, he is said to have told the family members that even he is in a helpless state as the police have concrete evidence of Akhila’s involvement in the case, and that there’s nothing that he can do to bail her out.

Additionally, Chandrbaabu Naidu is also said to have asked his party members to not comment about Akhila’s arrest, as it is a personal affair and that because the party has nothing to do with it.

Commenting on the arrest would unnecessarily throw the TDP inti=o unwanted trouble. TDP Kurnool district unit president Somisetty Venkateshwarlu said that Akhila’s arrest did not even come up in any of the party’s recent meetings.

It is being said that the Andhra Pradesh police are also digging up every single benami land and other cases that Akhila is involved in. Several sources are saying that Akhila would be arrested in Kurnool, even if she manages to get bail in Hyderabad.

In addition to arresting Akhila Priya, Boya Sampath Kumar- Akhila’s Personal Assistant, N Mallikarjuna Reddy – the personal assistant of Akhila’s husband Bhargava Ram, and D Balachennaiah – her car driver, have also been arrested.

Ever since Akhila’s arrest, it has been learnt that she was directly involved in the kidnapping, having personally monitored the entire thing.
