Akhil Akkineni – Surender Reddy project was officially announced yesterday and it will hit the floors after Akhil wraps up Most Eligible Bachelor. AK Entertainments came on board to produce the big-budget action entertainer.
As per repots, this film will be on the lines of Hollywood action thriller franchise Bourne Identity.
Bourne Identity series revolves around the life journey of a spy and is loaded with adrenaline pumping action sequences. Akhil5 will apparently share the traits of this Hollywood blockbuster.
Vakkantham Vamsi penned the story for this as-yet-untitled project and it will be shot in 3-4 different countries. Surender Reddy who is known for his stylish taking will be treading familiar territory as he wishes to mount the action entertainer on a grand scale.
AK Entertainments are said to be spending in upwards of Rs 40 crores on the project. More details about the cast and crew are awaited.
