Victory Venkatesh needs no introduction across Pan-India. He strongly cemented a place in the audience hearts with his uber cool attitude and unique acting skills.
Venky always prefers blockbuster remakes as they are always a safe bet. Nevertheless, to say, he is the first senior actor who agreed to do multi-starrer movies. We are all known that Venky announced a remake of Bollywood film – Ajay Devgn and Rakul starrer De De Pyaar De.
But, now the latest we heard that Venky changed his mind of remaking De De Pyaar De by seeing the reaction of Akkineni Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu 2.
The reason behind this is said to be that in De De Pyaar De, Ajay Devgn played the of a 50-year-old guy falling in love with a 25-year-old girl. Venky thought this subject would suit his age. However, when Nag’s Manmadhudu 2, which also dealt a similar subject received wide-spread criticism and bombed at the box-office, Venkatesh has dropped the idea of remaking the film.
However, nothing is confirmed as of now. It is learnt that Venkatesh is now looking for new stories.
