Vamsi Paidipally was confident that Mahesh Babu would work with him after the release of Sarileru Neekevvaru. But that did not happen as Mahesh was not impressed with Vamsi’s storyline. Soon after, Vamsi approached Ram Charan with a new subject but the RRR star was not keen on the project either. Both the superstars rejected the stories narrated by Vamsi Paidipally and asked him to come up with new ones.
The latest news is that Vamsi Paidipally has approached Akhil Akkineni with a subject that suits his image.
Well, Vamsi and Akhil were supposed to join hands after the release of Oopiri and Nagarjuna came on board as the producer. But the project fell through for some reason.
Cut to now, Vamsi has come back to Akhil. The latter is yet to take the final call on the project and will be doing so in the coming days. Discussions in this regard are underway.
As of now, Akhil has formally agreed to do a big-budget action entertainer with Surender Reddy and he is expected to work on future projects only after wrapping up this film. He has already started building a toned physique for this film.
